Surrounded by over 100 of their closest family and friends, they created incredible wedding memories that will be cherished forever.

THE VENUE: THE ORCHARD

Nestled in the scenic heart of the Columbia Gorge, The Orchard offers a magnificent setting for Mackenzie and Anthony’s wedding day. The venue is renowned for its sweeping views of Mt. Hood to the south and even Mt. Adams towards the north, lush greenery, and serene atmosphere. It provides the perfect backdrop for a day filled with love, laughter, and joyous celebration. The warm and welcoming ambiance of The Orchard makes every guest feel right at home, as though the venue itself is an extension of the couple’s love for the outdoors and their shared adventures.

FINAL TOUCHES:

The day began with Mackenzie and Anthony getting ready in separate suites at the historic Hood River Hotel. As the ceremony time approached, they all made their way up to The Orchard for final prep and to enjoy the views. Mackenzie's dress, a stunning creation by Flora from The Dress Theory in Seattle, was as elegant and unique as she is. Meanwhile, Anthony, fit the part of a calm and confident groom enjoying every moment. The anticipation of the day was palpable, but so was the excitement—an emotion that radiated from both Mackenzie and Anthony as they prepared for the moment they would finally say, “I do.”

A CEREMONY, Complete with amazing views:

With Mt. Hood standing majestically in the background, Mackenzie and Anthony exchanged vows in a heartfelt ceremony that perfectly reflected their laid-back yet deeply emotional connection. The ceremony was intimate, with their closest family members standing by their side. Officiated by a dear friend who had witnessed their journey together, the ceremony was a beautiful blend of personal anecdotes and meaningful vows. Adding a touch of magic to the moment was a special guitar solo as the bride walked in performed by a young family member. As they shared their first kiss as husband and wife, the surrounding beauty of the Columbia Gorge seemed to echo the joy and love that filled the air.

COCKTAIL HOUR & RECEPTION:

Following the ceremony, guests were treated to a delightful cocktail hour at The Orchard. The atmosphere was relaxed, with everyone enjoying the stunning views, refreshing drinks and delicious food by Celilo Catering. The reception was a true celebration, filled with heartfelt toasts, laughter, great lawn games, and a whole lot of dancing. Hans & The Wanted kept the energy high, ensuring the dance floor was always full. Mackenzie and Anthony’s first dance, a beautiful moment shared under the twinkling lights of the reception area, was one of the many highlights of the evening. The night ended on a high note, with guests gathered around to cheer on the newlyweds as they began their new chapter together.
